Orders & payment
Which currency are prices shown in?+
All prices on this store are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD).
How do I pay?+
You can pay by major debit and credit card at the secure checkout. Card details are entered on our payment provider's secure page and are never stored on our servers. Your statement will show MXPH PANTRY.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to amend or cancel it. Once shipped, the returns policy applies.
Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship from and to?+
Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom and we ship internationally. Delivery times vary by destination — see our Shipping & Delivery policy for estimates.
How much is shipping?+
Shipping is a flat $6.95 and free on orders over $55. The exact cost is shown at checkout.
Will I get a tracking number?+
Yes. Once your order ships we email a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
Returns & products
What is your returns window?+
Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, food-contact items can only be returned if unopened. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.
Are your containers food-safe?+
Yes. We use BPA-free food-grade plastics, borosilicate glass and food-grade silicone. Each product page lists the material and care guidance, including safe temperatures and cleaning.
What if a glass item arrives damaged?+
Glass items are packed to protect against breakage. If something arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Business orders
Do you offer bulk or trade pricing?+
Yes. We supply our retail products in volume to cafés, restaurants, hotels, property managers and offices. Request a quote on our Bulk Orders page. We do not provide installation or on-site services.
