1. About these terms
This store, MXPH Pantry, is operated by MX PLUMBING AND HEATING LIMITED (company number 04322850), registered in England and Wales at Livesey Spottiswood, 17 George Street, St Helens, Merseyside, WA10 1DB, United Kingdom. By placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.
2. The store & products
We sell consumer kitchen and food-storage products, including airtight jars, food containers, fridge organisers, spice jars and reusable kitchen accessories. We make every effort to display products and their specifications accurately, but colours and finishes may vary slightly from on-screen images. We do not provide installation, repair or any on-site services.
3. Pricing & currency
All prices are displayed and charged in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable product pricing as shown at checkout. Shipping costs are added at checkout where they apply. We may update prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted. If a price is clearly incorrect, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.
4. Orders & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a confirmation that your order has been accepted and/or dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or we cannot verify payment — and will refund any payment taken.
5. Payment
Payment is taken through our secure third-party payment provider. Card details are entered on the provider's secure page and are not stored by us. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method supplied. Card statements will show as MXPH PANTRY.
6. Shipping
Delivery times, costs and responsibilities are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Estimated delivery dates are estimates and not guarantees.
7. Returns
Your return and refund rights are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
8. Product use & warranty
Please follow the material and care guidance shown on each product page, including safe temperatures and cleaning instructions. Our products are sold for ordinary household food-storage use. We warrant that products will be free from manufacturing defects on delivery; this does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
10. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you are a consumer, you may also have rights to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
